Norman Hotel Brisbane 2019 Crafty Cuts Tongue to Tail Event

Last Thursday was the 4th Annual Crafty Cuts Tongue to Tail Lunch at the Norman Hotel Brisbane.
Featuring a Live Butchery demonstration from aussiebeef.com.au, an explanation of the cuts with specialist Butcher Doug Piper from the Meat & Livestock Australia, a delicious four-course meal from Chef Frank Correnti and paired beers with Matt Kirkegaard from BeerMatt.
